We can also assist with the moving in and help with signing provider agreements (electricity, cable TV etc.). Plus we always discuss the equipment situation with the lesee - we can move something out or add some new stuff, when needed and is reasonable - then the rent is discussed as well. We try to make the first set-up most comfortable as possible individually for every newcomer.

Deposit and fees:

The deposit is to cover usage of heat, hot and cold water.

The rent includes:
- house and around house cleaning (6 times a week)
- reception and security service
- TV, satellite signal
- waste disposal

The rent doesn't include:
- electricity fees
- phone and internet fees
- TV and cable TV

We take two month rent indvance as a deposit - we give one of them back after first 6 months and we keep the other one till the end of the stay. This might be discussed individually.
